Judges Information/Availability

We are excited to bring you news about Judges' Cup 2023-

We currently have over 700 athletes registered and are looking forward to a great weekend of gymnastics & spending time with our fellow judges.

Judges' Cup will take place November 10-12.

We will be hosting Judges' Cup again this year at:

Adventure Commons

70 Ken Hayes Drive

Bourbonnais, IL

Judges' Cup Compensation Plan:

First 6 hours each judge will volunteer. These 6 hours are eligible to get volunteer CPE credits, earn Judges' cup apparel and NAWGJ membership paid.
After 6 hours of volunteer time, each judge will receive their USA Gymnastics contracted hourly rate. Mileage will be reimbursed and hotel provided as needed.

If a judge is only able to work Sunday, they can stay for cleanup and therefore still receive their volunteer CPE credits, earn Judges' cup apparel and their NAWGJ membership paid.

Our current tentative schedule includes an IL-NAWGJ open meeting on Saturday morning starting at 8:00 am.

We are asking you to fill out a form that will indicate your anticipated availability and apparel size. If you have any trouble opening the form, please let me know.

Please fill out by September 30th.
