Mileage and Lodging

• The 2026 Mileage rate will go into effect January 1st, 2026: $0.725 per mile
• The standard Illinois 2026 Conus Lodging rate will remain (as of 1/1/2026) at $110 per night.  Per diem rates can vary by county so please check the IRS website for specific information. 

Gym Critiques

Judges who do in gym critiques, clinics or unsanctioned mock meets can request a contract from NAWGJ to provide insurance during these sessions.

• ​This contract will provide each judge with $500,000 of liability insurance
• This contact is free of charge
• This is NOT for in gym coaching or choreography

• Complete the information and you will be covered
